Important Checklist Information
Your Checklist May Be Customized
Every property is different. The final checklist is based on the service booked, size of the property, current condition, available time, and approved add-ons.
Special requests should be submitted before the appointment so they can be reviewed and properly scheduled.
Some Services Require Separate Approval
Mold remediation, pest treatment, biohazard cleanup, hazardous materials, heavy debris removal, hoarding conditions, and unsafe high-access cleaning may require a specialized provider.
California Clean Business LLC may decline work that presents an unreasonable health or safety risk.
